1. Roll Up
First position:
Lay down with legs straight and tight, and arms tightly at your sides.
Movement:
Lift your arms up over your head so the back of your hand touching the floor. Raise your hand back to its initial position. When both hands through the ears and begin to lift your upper body (like sit-ups) until your hands reach your toes. Return to starting position slowly.This movement must be controlled and continuous with the leg still patch on the floor.
Repetition: 6 -8 times
2. Teaser
First Position:
Lay down with knees bent 90 degrees and keep the feet flying
Movement:
Tighten your stomach with a sigh and lift your hands upward until the back of your hand touching the floor. Lift the back of your hand. When both hands perpendicular to the chest, exhale and lift your upper body until forms the letter ‘V’ from the side. Return to starting position slowly. To facilitate this movement, put your hands on the floor to support the body.
Repetition: 15 Times
3. Criss-Cross
First Position:
Lay down with knees bent 90 degrees, soles of the feet touching the floor and hands put behind your head.
Movement:
Tighten your abdominal muscles at the same time lifting your head, shoulders and chest. Rotate your torso to the left and straighten also tighten the right foot, so your right elbow automatically will touch your left knee. Raise your right leg back to starting position and straighten your left leg while turning the torso to the right so the left elbow touches your right knee. Return to starting position slowly.
Repetition: 6 – 8 Times
