		<description>I train indoors at home about half of the time by hitting the bag, doing katas and dumbbells. I like the getting together thing and I am starting to get light enough to do some sparring. I guess I’ll try to get into the karate school as part of my regular workout this year. I hope everyone has a plan B incase their normal workout can’t happen because as you know consistency is key.</description>

		<description>Excellent tips.  I must admit I was a slacker in getting in the correct amount of daily water.  What a difference it has made in my skin since I have began drinking it every day.  I also started using the treadmill that I had to have! :-) And guess what weight came off and I feel great! Thanks for the tips!</description>
